Microbrewery might be a bit much. This Nanobrewery located in Dallas, TX is really just a couple of guys and a few carboys wanting to bring people together to enjoy beer that is unique, tasty and best enjoyed with great friends.
We want you to enjoy our beer just as much as we do. If you see a brew marked READY that you want to try, drop us a line or keep an eye out for tasting parties!

Chocolate Stout

German Style Hefeweizen

ABV: 3.19%
Our first Wheat Beer, and it is awesome! My (Jon) personal favorite so far. It’s running low, so make sure you request some soon and stay tuned for more info on a monthly St. Jordan’s Happy Hour!

Lager with Cashews

ABV: 5.42%
It’s a Lager … with CASHEWS! By far one of our highest rated beers. It’s gone for now, you will definitely want to make sure you grab some next time around!

Pilsner.

Our first Pilsner. Not bad at all, smooth, crisp, and came out looking pretty sweet:

Bock with Coffee.

Bock to the max with a touch of Coffee. It’s gone for now, but we will definitely see this brew again!

This cloudy Irish Red goes great with red meat or by itself.

No, it wasn’t a Ginger Ale per se… this Belgian Ale with a touch of Ginger was brewed for the Bishop Arts Homebrew Competition in Oak Cliff, TX!
